Chopping Board [for cutting out the tortilla chips]
Ingredients
To Make 4th July Chips 'n' Dip, You Will Need:
Tortilla wraps - we use corn and wheat ones
they're very good and taste fresh when baked.
Sea Salt and Black Pepper - although you can use paprika
garlic salt, whatever takes your fancy!
Olive oil
Sour Cream
Salsa, Guacamole, cheese, jalapeno peppers - whatever you like to cover yours in or dunk them through
Instructions
Preheat your oven to gas mark 4, or about 350 degrees.
Line your baking sheet with greaseproof paper
Cut out the tortilla shapes and lay on the baking sheet
Spray with oil or use a brush to coat them lightly with oil
Sprinkle on seasoning of choice
Pop in oven for 5 minutes and monitor – stay close, because these go from golden to over baked in the blink of an eye.
Leave to cool and serve with salsa and sour cream, guacamole and whatever takes your fancy!
