SIX OF THE BEST BEAUTY CHRISTMAS ADVENT CALENDARS 2017

Sharing is caring!

Following on from yesterday’s post featuring six of the best edible Christmas Advent calendars, as I was saying, this year we’ve decided to investigate as many advent calendars as possible not only for little people but for us grown-ups too.  There were around 30 amazing beauty ones that I looked at, but these are my six favourites that I can’t wait to open this year and show you all – after I’ve collected my sixth on Monday after my breakfast at Claridges with some special guests [more on this soon!]. Anyhow, here are my six of the best beauty Christmas Advent Calendars 2017.SIX OF THE BEST BEAUTY CHRISTMAS ADVENT CALENDARS

A – M & S BEAUTY Calendar – £35*

*Spend £35 on clothing and home [not very difficult even with a ten minute walk around our local M&S] and this beautify calendar worth £250 in products can be yours for £35.  Ahhh!  There are M&S products and others such as Pixi, Eyeko in this beautiful Christmas calendar.  I’m more than a little excited to start opening this one.

B – FENWICK OF BOND STREET Calendar

This is the prettiest calendar I’ve seen this year. Inside are Lancôme, Bobbi Brown, and a whole supply of products in full and mini sizes that I love.  I’m on a mission to get this one on Monday when I’m actually on Bond Street for a very exciting breakfast.

C – BARE MINERALS BOX OF WONDERS Advent Calendar – £75

This year, Bare Minerals have become my favourite makeup brand by far.  I never believed the hype until my friend told me it was like real life photoshop and I was sat in John Lewis as soon as I had two hours spare.  This calendar contains lipsticks, lipglosses and powders that I know I’m going to love.  Since I spent £80 on two powders and a lipstick, this seems like amazing value.

D – GRACE COLE

This is the most pampering and most festive looking of all of the advent calendars in my beauty collection this year.  There are creams and lotions and shower and bath gels, tealights…all in delicious sounding fragrances such as Vanilla Blush & Peony; White Nectarine & Pear; Wild Fig & Pink Cedar and Nectarine Blossom & Grapefruit and Nectarine Blossom & Grapefruit and Vanilla Blush & Peony.  I’m holding myself back from opening this one early because it just sounds so scrumptious – and the products are beautiful.

E – L’OCCITAINE – £49

As I’ve tried [and then had to hand over to my mom at her request] quite a few of their little hand creams and soaps in my Little Box subscription, L’Occitaine is one of my favourites.  I recognised the illustrator Kanako’s work immediately because it’s so perfect for their calendar and is complete with a festive red ribbon to close it.  The collection inside includes my favourite citrus verbena and peony fragrances and although I’ll initially be inundated with these little samples, they’re perfect for holidays and conferences when I don’t want to take full-size products with me.

F – CLARINS – £95

Clarins has saved my skin this year and so I wanted to include their calendar because I just love their new serum.  My skin has never, ever felt as good as it does with two little pumps of the serum bottle each morning.  Their calendar this year contains three full size products, trial sizes and some accessories too.  Like last year, this one includes key chains [which I need] and has a retail value of £145 in products.
