Spring is here – and that means better weather, seasonal fruit and vegetables changing from the starchy roots to the lighter salads, and the chance to eat outdoors.
This week I’ve been planning a nautical, seafood brunch for our little family escape together. In April we’re headed out to spend some quiet, unplugged time with plenty of opportunities for relaxing and just taking time out.

I don’t have many clutch bags and I’m ever so slightly in love with the red one above.
I have to admit that I’ve spent a huge majority of my time window shopping on Amara – and found some amazing bargains too [see my tablecloth for details]. I get so envious that my American friends have amazing stores to buy tableware from that I’d been searching for somewhere with more variety – and I found it. Lexington is my new favourite brand from Amara.
