AD: This is a toy review. We were sent the plush Baby Shark toys from Wowee in return for this review. All opinions are our own.
If you have a child in your house, there’s a 90 per cent possibility that if I started singing the line “Bayyyybeeeee Shark, doo doo doo do do do”, you’d join in. Pink Fong’s Baby Shark song took over our house quite a while back and we were all singing it as much as we currently sing Shotgun by George Ezra. It’s impossibly catchy and Hero watches Pink Fong’s version on the iPad and dances along to it.
We were sent two Baby Shark range plushies – a large yellow Baby Shark and a blue, cube like Daddy Shark. Both are extremely well made, solidly plush with beautiful details with a little tag attached to them, telling you who they are, and when pressed…they play the SONG! Imagine the joy on my boys’ faces when they could bop around the house singing and hugging their favourite sharks!
There’s no real debate here – if you have Baby Shark fans in your house, these are the toys for them – we’ve also bought a few of the little cube sharks for Hero’s friends this birthday party season – to, you know – share the Baby Shark love!
If you ask Lyoto what his favourite review item has been this year, he gets very serious and tells you in no uncertain terms that it’s the HP Chromebook 14 from AO.com. A Chromebook. He knows all about them, but me, I had absolutely no idea what the difference was between a laptop and a…
This week we’ve been playing with dolls! The boys had no idea before they [the bigger two] started school that boys were not “supposed” to play with dolls, and so at home we think of them as gender neutral, if you will. A baby is a baby, and babies are born to, and cared for…
Would you drive, with rough directions scribbled on a piece of A4 without a mobile phone or sat nav, into the crazy urban jungle of London with two small children? Me either. But I did. I even managed to reach my destination fifteen minutes early (I allowed for thirty) and only had to pull in…
Harry Potter is EVERYTHING in Jensen’s life at the moment. And if it’s everything to him, it’s everything to his brothers too. We are watching it, reading it, talking about it, wearing the t-shirts…and he’s desperate to visit the Harry Potter Tour in London for his birthday next year. On his Father Christmas list is…
Yotie LOOOOVES the Trolls. He even has his own little sequinned t-shirt which we bought from the girls’ clothing section of the supermarket as we couldn’t find one in the “boys” aisle – and proudly wore it to school on a dress-as-you-like day, despite the girls in his class telling him that he was wearing…
Today, Fisher Price sent us the Thomas and Friends Break Away Bridge Set to play with. It’s Thomas’ 70th birthday and he’s celebrating by going off the rails! Naturally, I’m kidding – Thomas is a sensible little engine and in his little playset, after climbing the slope he bravely clings to the rails of the broken bridge…
