I’M STAYING IN BED: THE SUNDAY TIMES MAGAZINE
Pre-parenthood, Sunday mornings were textbook easy. Sure, we had to let the huskies out in the the garden and eventually take them for a walk, but they really didn’t care if we read newspapers in bed, drank cups of tea and took our good old time in getting up. Now, there’s no tea in bed…

Sort of Silent Sunday Snap
Oooops. This photo makes me laugh every time I see it. Christmas dinner 2014, the very first one I’ve cooked by myself, and he dumped salt accidentally over the things he picked. Poor Lyoto. Just look at the shame on that face. Aww.

MAGICAL FIRSTS WITH PETITS FILOUS
My “baby” is nearly two. He’s still my baby and there are still so many firsts to experience – such as getting his hair cut. I can’t bear that I might have to change his current Linus [Peanuts] hairdo to a big boy style, or his first real shoes [we’ve been wearing wellyboots and moccasins…

Aww! Bless him! What a lovely photo!
The prices are ridiculous aren't they! I always still get them though x
Thank you! I know I'm turning into a real parent when I complain about the price of things like this 😉 I'll always buy them too – the subjects are too cute!
That's actually a really lovely first photo. Unfortunately we never got P1s as she moved school just before they had them at her old school then was on holiday for the new school ones. Oooops.
Thank you Jodie – and I'm sorry you never got a photo 🙁 There are plenty of years left for them though – I hope P1 loves her new school?
