Homemade Christmas Pot Pourri [How To Dry Oranges]

Our homemade pot pourri is in progress – for the first time ever, we dried fruit! It was surprisingly simple.

If you want to make some [and make your house smell very Christmassy indeed], all you need are the oranges, cloves, a baking tray, baking paper and an oven.

Heat your oven to its lowest temperature – ours was 80 degrees – then slice your orange, pepper with cloves as above and lay on the baking paper.  Turn your oranges over every so often – we did ours probably every two hours – and remove when you’re happy they’re dry!
